We offer apps for iPhone, iPad and Android tablets and smart phones.

Where do I find the app for my device?

You can search your app store for "Columbia Missourian" or use one of the direct download links below:

If I am a print subscriber, do I have to pay more to get unlimited digital access?

No. All current Missourian print subscribers get free unlimited digital memberships for the duration of their print subscription period. But you do have to register by calling us at 573-882-5700 or toll free at 855-270-6572.

If I am a print subscriber, do I get unlimited digital access?

No. Some Missourian print subscribers were "grandfathered in" to digital access when we launched our membership model, but that's now changed. You can buy a digital subscription for just $2 more per month, or keep your print only subscription. To learn more, call us at 573-882-5700 or toll free at 855-270-6572.

Do I have to download the app for every device?

Yes. Apps are specific to devices so you will need to go to each app store individually. Use the same username and password on each of your devices.

Can I access mobile content on multiple devices at the same time?

Yes. You will be able to access up to 5 devices at one time.

How many mobile memberships do I get?

Each account will get one username and one password that can be used on 5 devices at one time.

Do I lose access to the mobile apps when I temporarily stop my print subscription for vacation?

No. You will have access to all digital products even though your paper is on hold.

My app does not function. Who do I call for help?

Call Customer Support toll free at 855-270-6572 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

I’ve paid for my mobile membership, but the app was down. Do I get a refund?

We do not make refunds for periods of non-use. We have taken great steps to ensure the apps always function and that problems are quickly corrected.

If I buy a new mobile device, do I have to download the app(s) again?
